Now that the Combine is wrapping up NFL teams will turn their attention to Pro Days. Kentucky will hold theirs this Friday, March 4th. Two Wildcats were invited to participate in the official NFL Combine – LB Josh Forrest and Safety A.J. Stamps. Forrest is projected as a seventh-round pick/free in the 2016 NFL Draft

Below is a list of the former Cats who will participate in Pro Day.

Joey Herrick, WR, 6-1, 203
• Earned a scholarship after coming to UK as a walk-on
• Played his freshman season at Kilgore (Texas) College
• Was a vital performer on special teams in punt and kickoff coverage and return
• SEC Academic Honor Roll

Zach West, OG, 6-4, 305
• Three-year starter at left guard
• Played in 44 career games, starting 33
• Three-time SEC Academic Honor Roll

Ryan Flannigan, LB, 6-2, 225
• Former junior-college player spent two seasons at Kentucky
• Played in 21 games with 11 starts
• Career totals feature 110 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 0.5 quarterback sacks, 3 passes defended and 2 quarterback hurries

Josh Forrest, LB, 6-3, 255
• Began his Wildcat career as a receiver before moving to defense in 2012
• Excelled on the defensive side of the ball, totaling a team-high 110 tackles and ranking third in the SEC in tackles per game (9.2) as a junior season
• Also ranked among the SEC’s top 10 tacklers in 2015
• Ranked10th in the league with a team-high 93 total tackles, along with six tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and one fumble caused
• Also charted two interceptions and five pass breakups
• Career totals include 232 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 quarterback sacks, 5 interceptions, 7 pass breakups, 2 fumbles caused and 4 quarterback hurries
• Played in the Reese’s Senior Bowl
• Completed his degree prior to his senior season in community and leadership development

Khalid Henderson, LB, 6-1, 235
• Played in 47 games with 20 starts in his four-year career
• Career totals include 192 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 3 quarterback sacks, 6 pass breakup, 4 fumbles caused and 2 interceptions

Cory “C.J.” Johnson, DT, 6-3, 300
• Former junior-college player spent two seasons at Kentucky
• Finished second on the team in tackles in 2015 with 67, the most by any SEC defensive lineman
• Also notched a team-high 8 tackles for loss to go with two sacks, a forced fumble, an interception, and a fumble returned for a 77-yard touchdown as a senior
• Two-year totals included 77 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 4.5 quarterback sacks, 2 pass breakups, 2 forced fumbles and 1 interception
• Played in the East-West Shrine Game

Melvin Lewis, DT, 6-4, 332
• Former junior-college player spent two seasons at Kentucky
• Has battled back from a season-ending leg injury from Oct. 15, 2015 vs. Auburn
• Prior to the injury, totaled 20 tackles in six games, including 2 tackles for loss and 1 sack
• Started in 16 of 18 career games
• Career totals include 57 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 quarterback sacks, and 1 fumble caused
• Completed his degree prior to his senior season in community and leadership development

Kelly Mason, LS, 6-3, 235
• Four-year starter at long snapper for punts and placekicks
• All four seasons, his efforts helped a UK kicker and/or punter make significant accomplishments
• Four-year SEC Academic Honor Roll
• Completed his degree with a double major in finance and marketing prior to his senior season

Cody Quinn, S, 5-11, 193
• Four-year letterman
• Started in all 12 games as senior, totaling 19 tackles and 2 pass breakups
• Career totals feature 106 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 16 pass breakups

A.J. Stamps, S, 6-0, 205
• Former junior-college player spent two seasons at Kentucky
• Moved from cornerback to safety in the spring of 2014
• Two-year starter, playing in all 24 games with 123 tackles, 5 interceptions and 13 pass breakups
• As a senior, ranked third on the team in tackles with 67, picking off a pass and equaling the team lead with 8 pass breakups
• Played in the National Football League Players Association Collegiate Bowl

Travaughn Paschal, LB, 6-4, 270
• Played defensive end his first two years before moving to linebacker and emerging as a quality contributor
• Totaled
• Career totals feature 65 tackles, 5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 1 pass breakup and 1 forced fumble
• Ran the 40-yard dash in 4.7 seconds, had a 32-inch vertical leap and a 10-8 broad jump in the 2015 Pro Day

Mike Douglas, DT, 6-4, 310
• Four-year letterman, started as a senior in 2014
• Career totals include 89 tackles, 6 tackles for loss, 4 quarterback sacks, 5 pass breakups, 2 fumbles recovered, 1 fumble caused
• SEC Academic Honor Roll
