The NFL free agency signing period doesn’t officially begin until 4:01 p.m. on Wednesday, but teams have been able to begin negotiating deals since Monday and according to reports the Bengals are losing a key player and retaining another.

According to two different reports, the Detroit Lions are going to sign wide receiver Marvin Jones for $8 million a year, while safety George Iloka is going to re-sign with the Bengals.
