Week 13 is here and there are some big matchups with playoff implications like the Steelers vs Giants. There are even some games that will shake up the draft order as well like the 49ers vs Chicago. It should be a fun day. Let’s get to it.

Chiefs 8-3 at Falcons 7-4
This game comes down to a field goal late but Atlanta wins at home.

Lions 7-4 at Saints 5-6
Detroit needs a big win on the road to keep some distance between themselves and Green Bay and Minnesota. The Saints are Jekyll and Hyde and you never know which team shows up. I think Detroit is the pick and wins it late in the fourth quarter in a shootout.

Rams 4-7 at Patriots 9-2
This will be a bloodbath even without Gronk catching passes from Tom Brady. Bill Belichick will have Jared Goff making mistakes all day and Tom Brady will be able to put points up on a Rams defense that is phoning it in.

Broncos 7-4 at Jaguars 2-9
With Paxton Lynch getting the start on the road you have to take the Jaguars in this one. The Broncos defense has been good all year but the offense has struggled. If the Jags can get pressure on Lynch it will be a long day for Denver. Jaguars get their third win of the year.

Texans 6-5 at Packers 5-6

The Texans have been struggling lately while Aaron Rodgers has been hitting his stride after some hiccups early in the season. Packers win by at least a touchdown as Houston’s downward spiral continues.

Eagles 5-6 at Bengals 3-7-1

Philadephia has cooled off after being red hot to start the season. A trip to Cincinnati should be what they need to right the ship against a Bengals team without AJ Green. Eagles win on the road.

Dolphins 7-4 at Ravens 6-5

The Dolphins have been flying under the radar all year and have the inside track on a wildcard berth with games against the Cardinals, Jets and Bills coming up before a game against the Patriots to end the season. Baltimore is tough at home but I believe Ryan Tanneyhill keeps the Fins close and wins it with a field goal late in the game.

49ers 1-10 at Bears 2-9
Someone has to win this one. Both teams are looking at a top five draft pick this year and at this point in the season fans of both teams just want them to lose out to get a better draft pick. The 49ers have been playing better and almost won last week against Miami. I think Chip Kelly needs a win and gets here in Chicago.

Bills 6-5 at Raiders 9-2
The Raiders are red hot and despite an injury to Derek Carr the team found a way to beat Carolina last week. The Bills are up and down all year and I have to give the nod to Oakland at home. Raiders win by a touchdown and get just a little bit closer to a playoff spot.

Giants 8-3 at Steelers 6-5
This game is the toughest to pick. Pittsburgh has been lethal at home when Ben Roethlisberger is healthy and he seems to have the Steelers offense rolling with two straight wins over the Browns and Colts. However, the Giants are a lot better than those two teams and are still playing for the NFC East crown. New York seems to play to the level of their competition and this game comes down to the fourth quarter. Pittsburgh wins a close one at home.

Redskins 6-4-1 at Cardinals 4-6-1
Washington still has hopes for the playoffs while the Cardinals have become a dumpster fire. However, Arizona is always tough at home and I think their defense steps today and they beat the Skins.

Buccaneers 6-5 at Chargers 5-6
Both teams have been up and down and this is one of those games that could go either way. I have to go with the home team here and take Phillip Rivers and San Diego.

Panthers 4-7 at Seahawks 7-3-1
Carolina went from being the best team in the NFC last year to being in contention for a top five draft pick. I think Cam Newton keeps the Panthers around for a while but Seattle it too tough at home. Seahawks win.

Colts 5-6 at Jets 3-8
With Andrew Luck Indianapolis looks to get back into the thick of things in the AFC South. With Houston struggling the Colts and Titans are trying to get to the top of the division. New York has already giving up and you have to go with the team who still has something to play for in this spot. Colts win on the road.
